Overview: Our client needs a ongoing temporary administrator to work 16 hours over 4 days in their young and vibrant Hitchin office. Starting ASAP, you will be used to working in a fast paced, pressured environment where attention to detail is absolutely paramount.

Description:

The responsibilities would include data input, printing, scanning and emailing/posting clients’ invoices, inputting suppliers’ invoices, linking remittance advice and basic admin duties.

SAGE knowledge would be an advantage but is not necessary because full training would be given and nothing more advanced would be expected, only basic data input.

The ideal candidate would have excellent computer and multitasking skills, great attention to detail, be organised and learn new procedures quickly. The ability to work unsupervised would also be very important.
