Overview: Our client is passionate about helping clients transform their houses into homes, and they are looking for an Architectural Project Manager to join their team. Over the last 27 years, they have managed the design and build of over 1500 home improvements including extensions, loft conversions, garden rooms and renovations.
As Architectural Project Manager your main responsibilities will be to carry out property surveys, prepare feasibility studies for predominately domestic residential extensions, alterations, loft conversions etc, including planning assessment and budget costs.
Experience of Photoshop and Sketch Up would be required.
Ideally you will have 5 years’ experience within a similar role either at an Architectural Practice, local authority, or similar, plus being a member of CIAT or Part 1/2 RIBA would be an advantage.
Due to the nature of the work you will need to have your own transport for client appointments, all business mileage will be paid for under HMRC guidelines.
