Overview: An opportunity has arisen to join our Letchworth based client as an Internal Sales Representative
As internal sales, you will play a fundamental role in achieving the company’s customer growth objectives. You must be comfortable making outgoing calls per day, working with the external sales team, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Your role as the Internal Sales Professional will include.
Interpreting customer requirements to create quotations and sales orders
Maintaining contact with 75/100 customer assigned to you
Responding to customer enquiries via email or phone
New prospects and Calling lapsed clients relating
Working to sales targets, by identifying new customers via own research and company data
Making 15/20 outbound calls on a daily basis
Working as part of a team
To have a good understanding of the company products and therefore being able to develop rapport with the customer
Maintain and expand the customer database
To be successful for this role you will have.
Proven inside sales experience
A confident telephone manner and experience of contacting customers on a daily basis
Good grasp of numbers
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
An interest in an engineering or mechanical minded would be an advantage
Salary and commission is negotiable depending on experience.
