Overview: Our Stevenage based client is looking for a part time payroll administrator working 9am-4pm Monday to Friday


Working in a small team, you will be an integral part of the business in the payroll admin role. Experience of Sage 50 is essential as is the ability to manage your time and prioritise the tasks required each day. No day is the same but certain tasks need to be done by certain deadlines.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Processing Timesheets
Liaising with recruitment agencies
Sage 50 payroll
Paying invoicing
Raising invoices
Answering the phone
Dealing with emails
Face to face with anyone visiting the premises

In addition to the relevant experience required, you will be comfortable working in a small team, be able to demonstrate being able to multi task and cope well in pressurised situations that can arise from tight deadlines.
