Overview: Our client is looking for a senior administrator with a proven track record and real drive and determination to succeed in the role and develop with the business.
Our client operates a Cloud based filing and administrative system based around the Microsoft Enterprise product. This requires determining and then implementing and the early role will involve assisting in this process.
They follow and maintain ISO Standards which integrate with the business processes and involvement will include assisting in this process.
Work with CEO and Senior management team on all Corporate matters
To manage business communications, diary scheduling and support with clerical duties as necessary.
Work with others to develop the core corporate business processes and protocols
Implement and then manage the core corporate business processes once established.
Assist in the management of the communications strategy
Work with product and sales teams
Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager
Liaise with Site Development Teams
Promote Brand and Brand messaging
Knowledge and Experience
Secretarial and Administration
