Overview: We are looking for experienced residential sales negotiators who ideally have valuing experience or the desire progress in this role.
The successful candidates will become a sales negotiators in a Sales Team based in Hertfordshire offices. These are full-time roles where you will be required to cover all aspects of residential estate agency from looking after applicants and clients, generate new listings and negotiate offers through to a successful conclusion and manage all aspects of the sales chasing process through to completion.
Skills/ Essential Qualifications:
– 2 years or more Experience of working in an Estate Agency role
– Good written and verbal communication
– Demonstrate Strong Negotiating skills
– Be able to demonstrate an aptitude for selling property
– Show an ability to work within a team-based environment
– Friendly and approachable
– Show attention to detail
– Must have a full UK driving license
– Achieved Grade C or above in GCSE Maths
Our client operates a team-based pay structure and a competitive salary made up of basic, commission, and individual incentives for referral income, plus bonus scheme.
Potential earnings in excess of £25,000 dependent upon your own performance and the office performance.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm plus 1 in 3 Saturdays. But a degree of flexibility is required due to the nature of the industry and the needs of the clients.
A full UK Driving License is Required
