Overview: We are looking for a site manager / caretaker to help with the facilities and DIY for a local school.
Your main duties will for you to be responsible for the site management including a wide range of duties and responsibilities. This will include security, cleanliness, porterage, monitoring contracts/contractors, routine refurbishment, minor repair and DIY projects.
Ideally you would have significant experience or skills in a trade, with the ability to understand and apply regulations such as health and safety, manual handling, COSHE, Legionella etc,
The hours are 37 hours per week split shift 7.30am – 10am and 1pm – 6pm (5.30pm finish Friday during term time). The successful candidate with have to undertake a DBS.
