What can employers do to prevent staff exits in the New Year?

Every year, workers try to stick to the motto: new year, new me. They use this maxim to empower themselves to take on all of the things that they wanted to achieve but didn’t get the chance to last year.

Whether that be to look for a new job to increase their sense of career fulfilment, a pledge to do more outside of work activities with colleagues, or try their hand at bagging that overdue promotion, colleagues all around us will be make resolutions left, right and centre.
