Why candidates shouldn’t dress to impress

It’s the night before an interview, and jobseekers are desperately pulling hordes of clothes from their wardrobes in a desperate panic over what they should wear the next day.
And whilst there’s the old adage that you should “dress for the job you want”, that can be confusing for candidates who just want to make a stellar first impression. But according to a recent article in He Spoke Style, dressing to impress in an interview isn’t necessarily a good idea.
